2.2 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login password and account details completely confidential. Sharing account details with a third party or operating an account on someone else's behalf is not permitted. 2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3 Age and Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Depositing funds from a third party's account is not permitted. Once a deposit has been successfully processed, it cannot be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed for accounts that have not completed verification. Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

For bank transfers, major commercial banks in Bangladesh (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank) are generally accepted. Bank transfers may take slightly longer to process.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

daka 888 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is not direct cash — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

1. A bonus applies to one account once only.
2. If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is still active, the bonus will be cancelled.
3. Wagering contributions may be calculated at different rates for certain games.
4. Transferring bonus funds to another user is not permitted.

5.2 VIP Cashback Programme

For regular players, daka 888 has four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses), Silver (0.6%), Gold (0.9%), and Platinum (1.2%). There is an opportunity to move up to a higher tier based on regular activity. Cashback is calculated on the weekly net loss (total bets minus total winnings).

6 Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on the daka 888 platform are determined through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no manipulation or predetermined pattern in game results. Each bet is independent and not influenced by previous outcomes.

6.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, if odds change after a bet has been accepted, the original odds at the time of confirmation will apply. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded. If a live bet is cancelled due to a connection issue during live betting, the user is not at fault and will receive a refund.

6.2 Fraud and Cheating Policy

7 Account Suspension and Closure

• Operating multiple accounts
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process

Users may also request account closure at any time. In that case, any withdrawable balance remaining will be returned through the designated method. A self-exclusion option — allowing users to take a temporary break — is also available on the platform as part of responsible gaming.

8 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an incorrect game result to be displayed or a problem in payment processing, daka 888 reserves the right to verify the correct information and make the necessary correction. Users may not claim any funds that have been incorrectly credited due to a technical error.
